Step 1: FMCSA & DOT Check
We pull the carrier's federal safety record. Recent infractions on the carrier or the specific driver? We don't dispatch to them. Period.
Step 2: Insurance Verified by Phone
We don't just look at a certificate. We call the insurance agent directly to confirm the policy is active, accurate, and up to date.
Step 3: Driver & Equipment Confirmed on the Policy
Before your car is released, we verify that the specific driver and the truck's VIN are covered under the carrier's insurance.
Step 4: You Verify at Pickup
We send you the driver's information plus the VIN of the truck and trailer, so you can confirm on the spot that the person loading your car is the one we vetted.

Pricing depends on distance, vehicle size, whether it's operable, and how soon you need it shipped. Most sedan moves under 1,500 miles fall in the $700–$1,200 range. Get an instant quote above for your specific route.
Typical transit times: under 500 miles, 1–3 days. 500–1,500 miles, 3–5 days. Cross-country, 7–10 days. Pickup usually happens within 1–7 days of booking depending on how flexible you are with timing.
Yes. Every carrier we book is required to carry full FMCSA-mandated cargo insurance covering damage in transit. We'll send you the carrier's COI before pickup if you ask.
We ship inoperable vehicles often. There's a small surcharge (carriers need a winch and a flatbed-capable rig) but otherwise the process is identical. Just tell us the car doesn't run when you book.
No deposit until your carrier is assigned. You pay nothing upfront for getting a quote, and we don't take any money from you until a specific driver is committed to your route.
Open transport is standard, costs less, and works for daily drivers. Enclosed transport (closed trailer) costs more but is recommended for classic cars, exotics, or anything worth $80k+. Ask on the call and we'll advise.
